How Long Does Shipping Take ?

Shipping can cake up to 1-2 weeks to ship out!
Do You Take Custom Orders ?

Unfortunately, we are not taking custom orders.
Where are you from and do you ship internationally?

Lorenzo's Lounge is based in the US and we are currently NOT shipping internationally.
What Is Your Refund/Return Policy?

We do not accept refunds or returns. If you have an issue with your order please reach out by email on the contact section of the home page and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
How Do I Care For My Crochet Items ?

It is recommended to hand wash your smaller items with a damp rag, soaked in some cold water mixed with detergent/dawn soap. After doing so lay the item out to dry. Or It is recommended for larger items to fill a bathtub or large sink with cold water and add a small amount of detergent/dawn soap. Mix well so the detergent is evenly distributed. Submerge the crochet blanket and let it soak for 10-15 minutes. Gently swish and squeeze the crochet item in the solution; don't wring or scrub.
